Focused Projects and Diagnostics
Defined engagements, typically 2–6 weeks, designed to assess a specific issue or produce a critical strategic deliverable. Projects may include functional or organizational assessments, cost and performance reviews, strategic plans, capital and investor readiness, fundraising strategy, or other high-priority initiatives.
Interim and Transformation Mandates
Deeper engagements, typically 3–6 months, providing senior leadership during periods of transition or significant change. Executive Advisory
Ongoing access to senior strategic and financial judgment without the need for a full-time executive.
